  – patent applications published since 1991, patents granted by No. 228531 and registered utility models
  

• Industrial designs valid in the Czech Republic
  – Czech national registered industrial models, bibliography and illustrations, since registration No. 3500 

• Trade Marks (ÚPV, OHIM, WIPO, WIPO-EU) valid in the CR
  – trademarks and registration marks which have been lodged and filed with the Office of Industrial Property of the Czech Republic

• Czech Protected Designations of Origin and Protected Geographical Indications

• European Patent Office (EPO)
  – Patent Organization, where examiners are responsible for the study of European patent applications filed and the applicant used its own assessment to decide on granting a patent on a particular invention,
  basic search, advanced search, a database of commercial entities. Operator: ESP@CEnet.
  
  – Eureopean Publication Server – the publishing server is used to search patent, patent application, also includes legal requirements, news and educational opportunities through seminars

• World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO)
  – an international organization for intellectual property database search of the PCT Database via the Esp @ cenet, patent search
  
  

• Canadian Intellectual Property Office (CIPO)
  – Canadian Bureau for protection of intellectual property – patents, databases, trade marks since 1920; search
  

• German Patent Information System
  – access to the base DEPATIS (includes all German patents since 1877) including German and foreign documents (patents, trademarks, utility models) in electronic form; search patent, the possibility of filing patent applications
  

• United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO)
  – U.S. Department of Commerce Agency, issued patents (basic search, advanced search), trademarks, and protects intellectual property, data from 1976
  

• The UK Patent Office
  – an information server focused on intellectual property (copyright, designs, patents, trade marks) in the UK
  

• Patent at the British Library
  – the most comprehensive collection of patents collected since 1855 and contains over 47 million specifications; search
  

• Japan Patent Office (JPO)
  – free access to the JPO database of patent information via IPDL (Industrial Property Digital Library)
  

• Patent Abstracts of Japan
  – abstracts of Japanese patents since 1976 (according to key words or application number), since 1993 includes information on the legal status
  

• International Patent Classification (IPC)
  – a hierarchical classification system created by patents sends an international agreement in Strasbourg (in 1967). Patents are classified into classes:
